To help you consider whether to pay Full Rate or Reduced Rate for your coaching / supervision, you may find reflecting on how your circumstances align to the following statements helpful:

I am currently earning money from my coaching or other work* and:

Full rate:

• I might need to keep an eye on my expendable income (e.g., buying coffee at a shop, going to the cinema, buying books or clothes), but this doesn’t cause me regular concern or stress

• I’m able to consider the desirability of where I live in my accommodation choices, either renting a desirable property or owning my own home

• I can afford a holiday/s or trips away each year

• I have modest to sizeable savings; family support; and/or inherited wealth (currently or in the future) that gives me a safety net if I ever needed it

• I don’t often feel stressed about my financial future, or I feel secure without worry about debt

Reduced rate:

• I am able to meet my basic needs (e.g., food, housing, transportation) but I actively have to think about meeting them in the most affordable way I can, or this sometimes causes me concern

• I can have varying amounts of expendable income, which means budgeting for this type of spending (e.g., buying coffee at a shop, going to the cinema, buying books or clothes) and this can be a source of stress

• I need to live in the cheapest place available to me

• I struggle to afford any holidays or trips away

• My current lack of savings, family support, and/or inherited wealth (currently or in the future) means I worry about my future financial situation
